These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pupwise website, quiz and dog-training program (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Fideo LLC (Apps House), 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Pupwise”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pupwise offers a personalised dog-training program built from the answers you give in our quiz. Plans are digital services. We may improve, change or add to the content of the program over time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy a plan. You are responsible for keeping the email address you give us accurate, because that is how we deliver your program and receipts.

3. Purchases, renewals and cancellation

Prices, billing periods, renewal and cancellation are described in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your plan, email support@pupwise.app and we will refund your payment in full. Details are in the Subscription Terms.

5. Training guidance, not professional advice

The program gives general dog-training guidance. It is not veterinary or behavioural-medicine advice and it does not replace a vet or a certified trainer. If your dog shows aggression, pain, sudden behaviour changes or signs of illness, contact a qualified professional. Always supervise your dog during training, and stop any exercise that causes distress. Results depend on your dog and on how consistently the plan is followed, so we cannot promise a specific result.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, resell, share account access to, or redistribute the program content; not to interfere with or attempt to break the Service; and not to use it for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the Service, including text, lessons, images, video and the Pupwise name and logo, belongs to Pupwise or its licensors. Buying a plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the program for your own dog for the period you paid for.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pupwise is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or on the website before it takes effect. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to rely on it.
