This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Fideo LLC (Apps House), 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Pupwise”, “we”) collects when you use our website, quiz and program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Quiz answers about your dog and your training goals (for example age, breed and behaviours you want to work on).
- Your email address, and whether you asked for training tips by email.
- Payment details, which you enter into a form run by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive your name, email, the plan you bought, the amount and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages and quiz steps you view, and the ad or link that brought you to us (UTM parameters and Meta click IDs).
- Cookies and local storage: a random session ID so your quiz and plan stay together, and Meta's advertising cookies (
_fbp,_fbc).
How we use it
- To build your personalised plan and deliver it to you by email.
- To process payments, send receipts, give refunds and answer support requests.
- To send training tips, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta's Conversions API from our server to measure which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. These tools share with Meta: the pages and events you trigger (for example viewing your plan, starting checkout, purchasing and the amount), your IP address and browser details, Meta cookie IDs, and your email address in hashed (scrambled) form. Meta may use this data as described in its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can ask us to stop sharing your data with Meta by emailing support@pupwise.app.
Who we share data with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Meta, for advertising measurement as described above.
- Our hosting and email providers, who store and send data for us under contract.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep quiz answers and your email for as long as you have a plan or keep receiving our emails, and for up to 24 months after that. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and opt out of the sharing of your data for targeted advertising. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EU and UK under the GDPR. Email support@pupwise.app from the address you used with us and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
The Service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security and transfers
We use encrypted connections, restricted access and reputable processors to protect your data. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, using the safeguards the law requires.
Changes
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. If a change is material, we will tell you by email.
