Pricing, Subscription Terms & Refund Policy

These Subscription Terms explain how Pupwise plans are priced, renewed, cancelled and refunded. They are part of our Terms of Use. All prices are in US dollars and include any discount shown at checkout.
What you’re buying
Pupwise is an online dog-training program: a personal training plan built from your quiz answers (your dog’s age, breed and behavior), made of short lessons you follow at home. It is a digital product delivered online. Nothing is shipped. Access details are sent to the email address you give at checkout.

You are charged the “Charged today” amount when you pay. The amount, the plan and the renewal terms are shown on the checkout page and in your receipt before and after you pay. Card statements show the charge as PUPWISE.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@pupwise.app from the address you used at checkout. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends and you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

If you want your money back, email support@pupwise.app from the address you used at checkout and ask for a refund. We will refund your payment in full to your original payment method. No forms, no conditions.
Refunds normally appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Price changes
If we change the renewal price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
